Her macrame upper is handmade using traditional Galician techniques, combining orange and red cotton to form a statement wide-set square toe edged with striped stitching to the welt. Her flat slimline heel stands in direct opposition, formed of robust rubber for a pleasing contrast. Gioia is complete with memory foam insoles and cow leather lining for enhanced comfort, plus a rubber heel cap and rubber-invected toe protecting its vegetable tan cow leather sole.
